BAYACO was set up by the Economic System Development Company as a home for Phuket's startup community, and it runs mentorship programs alongside the desks. Around the main hot desk hall sit meeting rooms for four up to seventy people, and the two largest open into one room for 120. One training room is fitted with ten large whiteboards, and there is a Skype room for private calls and a ping pong table for breaks.

Let's Work faces the sea in Rawai, and members get a dinner every Friday plus outings such as wake surfing and catamaran trips. Upstairs is a no talk zone with a meeting room, downstairs has sofas, standing tables and an espresso bar, and outside there are hanging rattan chairs on the Swiss steps. Members can borrow monitors, keyboards and headsets from an equipment library, and the team helps newcomers sort out housing, vehicles and visas.

Grind Time runs two spaces in Phuket, in Chalong and Rawai, plus a third in Pattaya, and it keeps work and play in separate rooms. At Rawai the two floors divide into a Quiet Space for focused work and a Fun Space with ping pong, a pool table, PlayStation and VR, and members can use the gym. Keycard entry lets members work through the night for clients in other time zones, and a hostel upstairs puts a bed a few steps from the desk.

How the points work
We read every independent published best-of list we can find for the question. Each list gives 10 points for first place, 9 for second, down to 1 for tenth, and 5 points to each place on a list with no order. Points are added up. A business must be in the top 10 of at least two lists to be ranked. Rankings are never sold. Full method.
