Sontaya Raksasab opened Titan in 2013 for people who come to Phuket to change how they live, and its programs come with a room at the camp. The outdoor camp has an assault course of walls and monkey bars beside a 40-meter sprint track, and Health's Kitchen, in the middle of the camp, cooks meals planned by a nutritionist. Guests who need to keep working while they train can choose a plan that includes access to the camp's co-working space.

Unit 27 began as CrossFit Phuket, the first official CrossFit box on the island, founded nearly 13 years ago by a father and son who built its training on military structure and discipline. Alongside CrossFit and HYROX it runs its own named classes, among them Vanguard strength sessions, Kalorie Killa for fat loss and She Squats for women. A sauna and ice bath handle recovery, and Stay and Train packages bundle a week of lodging, 14 group classes, macro-counted meals and body composition scans.

Kong is a strength and conditioning gym on Soi Ta-iad, a large open-air hall with a high ceiling beside the trees, set up for CrossFit and HYROX style training. Its coaches run structured group classes, and the floor is open for training alone between them. At the back, a recovery area has ice baths and a sauna, and yoga is held on Sunday mornings.

How the points work
We read every independent published best-of list we can find for the question. Each list gives 10 points for first place, 9 for second, down to 1 for tenth, and 5 points to each place on a list with no order. Points are added up. A business must be in the top 10 of at least two lists to be ranked. Rankings are never sold. Full method.
