UWC Thailand belongs to the United World Colleges movement, which brings together students from many countries and builds its schooling around intercultural understanding. HeadStart started in 2005 as a home-school of 15 pupils and now teaches the British curriculum to children from 2 to 18, through Cambridge IGCSE and A Level. Families choose between two campuses: Chaofah on Vichitsongkram Road, with a 500-seat auditorium, a 25-meter pool and two floodlit football pitches, and Cherngtalay near Bang Tao, opened in 2023, with a 50-meter pool. Alongside English, children can learn Thai, Mandarin, French or Russian, and in 2025 the school joined FOBISIA, the Federation of British International Schools in Asia.

How the points work
We read every independent published best-of list we can find for the question. Each list gives 10 points for first place, 9 for second, down to 1 for tenth, and 5 points to each place on a list with no order. Points are added up. A business must be in the top 10 of at least two lists to be ranked. Rankings are never sold. Full method.
