Andamanda is a water park themed on Thai mythology, divided into five zones that run from the sea creatures of Coral World to the serpent guardians of Naga Jungle and a forest modeled on Khao Sok National Park. Its wave pool covers 10,000 square meters and builds waves up to three meters high, and the 550 meter lazy river is the longest in Thailand. Younger children have RainFortress, a play tower with more than 220 jets and eight slides, and southern Thai Nang Talung puppet shows play on the park's stage.

Splash Jungle is a water park built at family scale, and its slides run from the Boomerango raft ride and the Super Bowl to a six lane Whizzard for racing side by side. The Family Raft Ride takes parents and children down together, while the smallest swimmers have an Aqua Play Pool, a Kids Pool and a spray park of their own. Between slides there is the wave pool and a 335 meter lazy river.
“I really liked that there were no lines for the slides”

“My six-year-old daughter also rode almost all the slides and was absolutely delighted.”

Humboldt penguins, sea turtles, otters and arapaima up to three meters long are among the 300 species at Aquaria, which bills itself as Thailand's largest aquarium. Downstairs in Central Phuket's Floresta wing, its touch pool lets children hold starfish, horseshoe crabs and sea cucumbers, and feeding talks run about every hour. A mermaid swims in the 3.5-million-liter main tank at 11am and 3pm every day except Monday, and Su Va Na, the restaurant in the tunnel beneath it, serves lunch with the fish overhead.
“There is an impressive variety of fish and other marine life, and the exhibits are clean, well maintained, and beautifully presented.”

How the points work
We read every independent published best-of list we can find for the question. Each list gives 10 points for first place, 9 for second, down to 1 for tenth, and 5 points to each place on a list with no order. Points are added up. A business must be in the top 10 of at least two lists to be ranked. Rankings are never sold. Full method.
