Kru Nai, born Rattanachai Wor. Valapol, won three titles at Lumpinee Stadium and the M100 tournament before opening this gym with his wife in 2015. It is a small camp, so students get to know every coach. Its own fight team trains alongside visitors.

Eagle Muay Thai is a family-run gym on Soi Pa Lai in Chalong, where former Rajadamnern and Lumpinee champions lead training in the traditional style, built on clinching and pad work. Classes are held twice a day, with private lessons and a children's group alongside, and bungalows at the gym house students who stay to train. The owner arranges fights for students who want one, a first bout included.
“The coaches give good individual advice and follow each one.”

Tiger Muay Thai has trained foreigners since 2003 and grew into one of the largest fight camps in the country, with more than 150 classes a week across Muay Thai, MMA, Brazilian jiu jitsu and fitness. Valentina Shevchenko and Alexander Volkanovski have both trained here, and the camp has its own rooms, a restaurant and a weight room. Classes are split by level, so a first timer starts in a beginner group and moves up once the basics are in place.

How the points work
We read every independent published best-of list we can find for the question. Each list gives 10 points for first place, 9 for second, down to 1 for tenth, and 5 points to each place on a list with no order. Points are added up. A business must be in the top 10 of at least two lists to be ranked. Rankings are never sold. Full method.
