FOLD is a roadside bakery and brunch cafe that bakes three everyday breads: sourdough, brioche and whole wheat. You can take a whole loaf home or eat it as thick cut toast, and the breakfast crowd mostly comes for the sandwiches, pulled pork especially. The sweet pepper and parmesan sourdough is recommended with a dirty coffee, which comes with the coffee oil floating on top.

A Pong Mae Sunee is a street stall on Soi Soon Utis in Old Phuket Town that makes one thing, the a pong, a small coconut crepe. Each one is cooked in a tiny wok over charcoal, so the edges go crisp while the middle stays soft and chewy. They cost 5 baht each, and a line forms most mornings.
