Café Del Mar Phuket opened in 2017 at the quiet northern tip of Kamala, built around a pool and a raised deck set back behind the tree line. The music follows an arc through the day, from chill-out and deep house in the afternoon to full DJ sets by sunset, with a live saxophonist and guest DJs joining the residents. Late on Wednesday to Saturday nights the enclosed Club Room takes over, with LED walls and a heavier sound system.

Carpe Diem Beach Club opened in 2022 under managing partners Benny De Bellis and Bruce Hanrahan, and its kitchen cooks from Benny's Italian upbringing and Bruce's years in southern Spain. Tables sit on the sand between tall coconut palms, under a curved thatched roof and around a long central bar, with longtail boats anchored offshore. The wood-fired truffle pizza and the bouillabaisse lead the menu, and evenings bring a fire show on the sand and a dinner theater.
