Ibis Phuket Kata is a simple, affordable hotel within walking distance of two beaches, with a food market on its doorstep and plenty of places to eat close by. The pool and the terrace around it are the center of the hotel, and the rooms are simple and practical. Pets up to 10 kilograms stay at no charge, so a small dog can come along on a beach holiday without extra cost.
“The swimming pool and the ambience around the pool was really cool.”

How the points work
We read every independent published best-of list we can find for the question. Each list gives 10 points for first place, 9 for second, down to 1 for tenth, and 5 points to each place on a list with no order. Points are added up. A business must be in the top 10 of at least two lists to be ranked. Rankings are never sold. Full method.
