Big Boys' Burger Club is a burger restaurant started by a mother and daughter, who served their first guest in September 2019. The patties are grass-fed Australian chuck roll, rump and brisket, dry-aged in-house, ground twice daily and seasoned with nothing but salt and pepper. The kitchen bakes its demi-brioche buns fresh each morning and makes the tomato aioli that goes on the Big Boy, the house burger, and all of the beef is halal certified.

Millionaire Burgers is a burger restaurant built on the motto that everybody deserves to eat like a millionaire, with a menu that runs from Korean fried chicken with kimchi to a souvlaki lamb burger. The Notorious P.I.G. is pork slow cooked for 12 hours, topped with Asian slaw, pickled chili and a sesame emulsion. The Original Millionaire keeps it simpler with beef, cheddar, horseradish cream and a secret sauce, and both the beef and the chicken are halal.
“Millionaire Burgers combines bold flavours with a sense of fun that we really get behind.”

Treasure Burger is an independent burger restaurant opened by Khun Son, who took up burgers while studying in Australia. He spent months on the bun, a lighter one modeled on both French brioche and Japanese shokupan, and the sauces are made from scratch alongside it. The patties are smashed on the grill, a limited number of burgers is made each day, and the mt'spicy, with spicy mayo, jalapeños and house chili jam, is the house favorite.
“Attention to detail really sets Treasure Burger apart.”

How the points work
We read every independent published best-of list we can find for the question. Each list gives 10 points for first place, 9 for second, down to 1 for tenth, and 5 points to each place on a list with no order. Points are added up. A business must be in the top 10 of at least two lists to be ranked. Rankings are never sold. Full method.
