Courtside's terrace looks out over the six covered tennis courts of KAHLI in Cherngtalay, and many of the people eating there have just come off them. The Thai and international plates are generous with their ingredients and served from breakfast through dinner. The coffee is strong, and some regulars come in for it every day.

Sist.ers is a small, prettily decorated halal cafe near Bang Tao Beach, behind a sign that is easy to miss from the road. Its tuna sandwich and chicken ham and cheese come fresh and generously filled, with a strawberry matcha to go with them.
